With an ever-changing engineering climate, we installed a Laser Cutter in early 2014. This was due to a constant appetite for self-development, and regular influxes of late, poor quality Laser work from sub contract laser cutters. We endeavour to produce high quality, on time components, at a competitive price. Since installation of our Bystronic Bystar laser, this side of the company has grown from strength to strength, satisfying various customers new and old.

We offer the capability to cut Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium at various thicknesses ranging up to 25mm.

At Stylefab we possess two Edward Pearson CNC Press Breaks to offer a wide range of simple, complex or multi-folded components. Using CNC, our skilled press operators can use virtual on screen bending, to ensure what they are bending will form. The CNC offers a bend angle that will run at a constant throughout the bend length, and provides total accuracy on the bend angle required, at the precise distance desired.

Our vastly experienced team can produce work to the highest of standards, supplying to all industries. We specialise in Stainless Steel, but also work with Mild Steel, and Aluminium. With a wide range of equipment, as well as years of built up knowledge we can undertake work in all shapes and forms.

We offer Welding to Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium in both TIG and MIG processes and work to a high standard.

Finally with our in house polishing shop we offer a finish to the highest degree.

Here at Stylefab we can design your product using leading CAD software. We have years of experience in design and can do so from various mediums. This includes from a sample component, pdf drawing, dxf files or even a simple sketch.
